Digital delivery only

We sell digital products and creative services. No physical parcel is shipped, and no physical shipping charge applies to these digital-only orders. Our services are available to customers in the United States.

AI commercial delivery within 48 hours

The $499 USD AI Commercial package includes one finished AI commercial of up to 60 seconds, with concept, script and visual direction. The 48-hour delivery period starts when payment is confirmed and we have received a complete project brief and all necessary brand assets and information. This is 48 hours, not five business days.

After ordering, we coordinate your brief with you. Send your business name, offer, target audience, campaign goal, logo and required brand or product references. Delivery formats and any accuracy requirements must be agreed for your project.

If essential information is missing, we will tell you what is required. Customer-requested changes, additional work or delayed approvals can affect the agreed schedule. We will explain a material change and agree the next step with you rather than silently extending the delivery period.

Websites and other packages

The $599 USD Website Only package is a focused one-page website. It has its own agreed scope and timeline; the commercial's 48-hour promise does not apply to website construction or other packages unless expressly stated in their offer.

For custom websites, larger video packages and ongoing services, the product description or written agreement specifies the deliverables and schedule. Any hosting, domain, app or ongoing maintenance charges must be disclosed and approved separately if they are not included.

How you receive your order

Finished files, access information and digital products are provided electronically, such as by email, a download link or an agreed access method. The delivery method and timing for a downloadable product are stated in its product details or order confirmation. An order-confirmation email confirms your order; it does not mean a custom project has already been completed.

Delivery problems or inability to fulfil an order

If a link does not work, a file cannot be opened or you have not received the agreed delivery, contact femtonfilm@gmail.com with your order number. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the portion we cannot deliver unless you agree to another solution. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
