How to check your order
- Open your customer account and sign in with your order email.
- Select your order to view its details and available payment and fulfilment status.
- You can also use the “View your order” link in your order-confirmation email.
Your digital project
Your account shows the order status recorded by our team. For an AI commercial or website, a pending or unfulfilled status indicates that the digital work has not yet been marked as delivered. Contact our team if you need a specific production update.
Project briefs, creative approvals and delivery links are coordinated by email. The $499 USD commercial is delivered within 48 hours after confirmed payment and receipt of your complete brief and required materials. Website projects follow their agreed timeline.
